Testimonials

"I am new to yoga and I have to tell you what a great experience it has been to come to LJYC several times a week. The caliber of people that work here is outstanding. They are bright and friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. They all posess their own teaching style and demonstrate a deep understanding of the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice and 'art' of yoga."

"I started with your True Beginner classes...[The instructor] is very skilled at describing the poses and why we should be doing them in the precise way she demonstrates them. She gives each student individual instruction and genuinely cares about her students unique issues or difficulties (as we all develop with age, I'm afraid) and is clearly passionate about what she does. I have advanced to the Anusara 1/2 as a result, and am enjoying the challenge as well as the strength I have gained."
