Winter Restorative Yoga Series with Roger Cole, Ph.D.

Cost: $25 per class or $100 for five classes
Restorative yoga is incredibly relaxing. In each class, you rest in a series of extraordinarily comfortable, prop-supported postures specially designed to ease your body and mind into a state of deep physical and mental calm. Roger will use his expert knowledge as a physiologist and Iyengar yoga teacher to help you get the most out of each pose. Students of all levels are welcome. Wear warm, loose clothing, including socks. Props are provided, but if possible, please bring a small towel and an eye mask, eye pillow, or cloth bandage to cover your eyes.
A research scientist and Iyengar-certified yoga teacher, Roger Cole, Ph.D., specializes in human anatomy and physiology, relaxation, sleep, and biological rhythms.
