Animal Style Workshop with Jay Co
Date: Saturday, July 31st
Time: 1:00-3:00pm
Cost: $35 before July 4th ($40 after)
This is boot camp, animal style. We use plyometric exercises based on animal movements to increase your strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, fluidity, aerobic capacity, and overall sense of play. You'll find that moving around on all fours like a panther will strengthen your core and upper-body like nothing else. You'll find that nothing shapes your thighs and butt like bounding into the air like a kangaroo. You'll find that inching along like a caterpillar is a lot harder than it looks, and you'll find that there is a reason you never see sloppy, out-of-shape animals in the wild.
A workshop your body will love you for
